The company named Allegeny Finlease (P) Ltd bought land from Vadra in 2010-11. In 2009-10, Vadra bought land for Rs 79 lakh and sold it to Allegeny Finlease for Rs 5.4 crore the next year.

The ED  said that the company appears to be a shell company and most of the directors of the company are fake.
