Rajnath Singh likely to be BJP's Chief Ministerial candidate in Uttar Pradesh

New Delhii, June 10 (IBNS) Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh is likely to become BJP's chief ministerial candidate for the upcoming UP Assembly election, media reports said.

The final decision in this regard is expected to be announced at BJP's two-day national executive meeting to be held in Allahabad fromSunday.

According to reports, in an alternative planning of the BJP, Singh may be given  key responsibilities of the campaign committee in  Uttar Pradesh.

 Rajnath Singh was the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh from October 2000 to March 2002.
