Rahul Gandhi, Amit Shah to campaign in poll-bound Mizoram today

Aizawl, Nov 20 (IBNS): Congress president Rahul Gandhi and BJP chief Amit Shah will visit Mizoram on Tuesday to campaign in the state ahead of the crucial assembly polls.

The office of Shah tweeted: "Schedule of BJP National President Shri @AmitShah's public programs in Mizoram today."

Mizoram is crucial for the Congress as it is the only state in the north-eastern region where the party is ruling.

Mizoram will vote to elect its 40-member assembly on Nov 28.

Counting of votes will take place on Dec 11.
