Jabalpur/UNI: Though the beat of electoral war drums is still akin to distant thunder in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh, the Congress is leaving absolutely nothing to chance and has girded up its loins to charge headlong into enemy lines.

Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will blow the bugle on Monday at a public meeting in this city – the largest one of Mahakoshal region.

According to the party’s state unit sources, the visiting leader will arrive at Jabalpur Airport at 1030 hrs.

Ten minutes later, she shall proceed to Gwarighat to offer worship to the Narmada, which is Madhya Pradesh’s lifeline.

At 11:15 am, Priyanka will leave for the Martyrs’ Memorial where her address is scheduled to commence at 11:25 am.

She will depart from the venue at 1:25 pm, reach a helipad five minutes later, return to the airport at 1:35 pm and then fly back to the national capital.
