New Delhi, Nov 26 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday targeted the Congress over the 2008 Mumbai attacks and blamed it for the incident.

Speaking at a public rally in poll-bound Rajasthan's Bhilwara, Modi said, "Ten years ago the Congress was in the power at both the Centre and in Maharashtra. On November 26, the whole world was in shock because of a big terror attack in Mumbai."

"I can clearly remember that the Congress had used the issue to win polls," he said.

Attacking the Congress, Modi said the arty even questioned the
surgical strikes conducted by the Army across the Line of Control (LoC).

"Congress now questions surgical strikes. Will our commandos carry cameras to provide proof?," Modi said.
