Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu exchange Diwali wishes
New Delhi, Nov 7 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday night had an interesting exchange over Diwali celebrations with his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu.
Netanyahu wished Modi and tweeted: "On behalf of the people of Israel, I would like to wish my dear friend @narendramodi and the people of India a joyous Diwali. May this luminous festival of lights bring you happiness and prosperity. Reply to this tweet with the name of the city where you’re celebrating!"
Modi was quick in his reply and said he visits India's border areas on Diwali and spends time with jawans.
Modi said spending time with jawans is 'special'.

He said he will spend time with troops this year as well.
