President of India Kovind to visit Goa on July 7 and 8

New Delhi, July 6 (IBNS): President Ram Nath Kovind will visit Goa on July 7 and 8, 2018, officials said.

This will be his first visit to Goa as the President of India.

On July 7, 2018, the President will address the 30th annual convocation of the Goa University, read an official statement.

On the same evening, he will also attend a civic reception hosted by the State Government in his honour.

On July 8, 2018, the President will visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Old Goa, and Shri Mangueshi Temple in Mardol, before returning to Delhi.
