President Droupadi Murmu arrives in Bihar for a 3-day visit

Patna/UNI: President Droupadi Murmu arrived here on a three-day visit to Bihar, during which she will launch the agriculture road map of the state for the period 2023–28 and also participate in several other engagements.

Bihar Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Assembly Speaker Awadh Bihari Chaudhari, and a number of ministers of state government besides senior officials welcomed the President Murmu on her arrival at Patna Airport.

Soon after her arrival at Patna Airport, Murmu went straight to Gyan Bhawan where she will launch Agriculture road map of the state for the year 2023-28.

After launching the Agriculture road map, Murmu will take lunch at Raj Bhavan and go to Takht Hari Mandir Sahib in Patna city in evening, to pay obeisance to 10th Guru of Sikh Guru Govind Singh.

She will also participate in convocation of Mahatma Gandhi Central University in Motihari, South Bihar Central University in Gaya and All India Institute of Medical science (AIIMS) in Patna during her three-day visit to Bihar.
