PM pays homage to Bal Gangadhar Tilak on his birth anniversary
New Delhi, July 23 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday paid homage to freedom fighter and social reformer Bal Gangadhar Tilak on his birth anniversary.
"The great Bal Gangadhar Tilak inspired several people to devote themselves to the freedom struggle. I bow to him on his birth anniversary," Pm tweeted.
"Lokmanya Tilak's efforts instilled a much needed sense of pride & self-confidence, which contributed in shaping India's history," PM Modi added.
