| @indiablooms | Feb 24, 2018, at 06:13 pm

Chennai, Feb 24 (IBNS): In what could raise the speculations of a new political chemistry, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday will launch the AIADMK-run Tamil Nadu government's Two-wheeler Scheme in Chennai, media reports said.

The Tamil Nadu government will launch the scheme of Rs. 25000 subsidy for women to buy two-wheelers.

The scheme will be launched on Friday, the death anniversary of former Tamil Nadu CM late J Jayalalithaa.

Modi's presence in the launching event comes days after Tamil Nadu Deputy CM O Paneerselvam said PM Modi and the BJP's top leadership had a role in the merger of two AIADMK factions formed after Jayalalithaa's demise.
