PM Modi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra in Delhi today for Lok Sabha poll campaigns

New Delhi, May 8 (IBNS): Both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will campaign for their respective parties here on Wednesday.

Modi, the main campaigner of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), will hold a rally at Ramleela Ground in the national capital.

On the other hand, Priyanka will hold two roadshows in North East Delhi and South Delhi, the two out of seven parliamentary seats.

Former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and boxer Vijender Singh are fighting from the two seats respectively where Priyanka will be holding the roadshows.

Delhi is witnessing a three-cornered fight with the BJP taking on Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Congress.

Despite prolonged talks, the AAP and Congress, which are aiming to defeat BJP and unseat Modi, failed to stitch an alliance.

In the last General Elections five years ago, the BJP had swept Delhi winning all seven seats.
