PM Modi attends 'Shubh Aashirwad' ceremony of newlyweds Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Mumbai
Mumbai: Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the 'Shubh Aashirwad' ceremony of newlyweds Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant today.
Anant, the youngest son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant, daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant, tied the knot at a lavish wedding at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai on Friday, after seven months of pre-wedding extravaganzas.

From Prime Minister Narendra Modi to several Chief Ministers to film personalities to sports icons, the guest list was almost a bottomless pit as all roads descend to the Jio World Centre.
The who's who of Bollywood including megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan, and Salman Khan, among others, arrived for the grand wedding at their traditional best.
Bollywood power couples, Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal, and Sidharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani, too lit up the grand wedding.
The 'Shubh Aashirwad' ceremony was also attended by Bollywood stars, politicians, international celebrities, and other public figures.
A 'Mangal Utsav' or wedding reception is scheduled for Sunday.
Ahead of his attendance at the ceremony, PM Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for projects worth Rs 29,000 crore in Mumbai.
These projects include road, railway, and port developments.
