Now, case filed against Lalu’s elder son for ‘hiding’ property details in poll affidavit

Patna, Sep 14 (TheBiharPost/IBNS): In another setback to former health minister Tej Paratap Yadav, a case has been filed against him in a local court for allegedly concealing property details in his poll affidavits.

Tej Paratp is the elder son of RJD president Lalu Prasad. The case has been filed by BJP lawmaker Surajnandan Prasad.

In his complaint filed in the court of chief judicial magistrate, Patna, the complainant alleged that the RJD leader didn’t mention the details about his 45.24 dismal of land in his poll affidavits.

As per reports, Tej Pratap has been running his automobile business on this  plot located in Aurangabad.

Tej Pratap represents Mahua seat under Vaishali district in the Bihar assembly.

Earlier in June, the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) had cancelled his licence for petrol pump. It was cancelled following the allegations that he acquired the land plot for the same illegally.
