No trouble in any state as far as alliances are concerned: Congress

New Delhi, Mar 15 (UNI): Denying that it was facing any problem as far as stitching alliances was concerned, the Congress on Friday said that there was no trouble in any state on forging alliances.

Talking to reporters here, AICC spokesperson Pawan Khera said: ’’I don’t think there is any trouble in any alliances talks by the Congress.

"We are facing no trouble in any state as far as alliances are concerned.’’

Denying that the Congress and the other opposition parties are fighting the coming Lok Sabha elections on an anti-Modi plank, he said,’’we are looking for a ‘pro India’ and not an ‘anti-Modi’ vote. All the parties are clear on this.’’

The statement by the party comes after its inability to reach an alliance with the Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party in Uttar Pradesh and with the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi.
