Najma Heptulla to Adopt 'Phanda' Village

New Delhi, Nov 14 (IBNS): Dr.Najma Heptulla, the Union Minister for Minority Affairs has decided to adopt ‘Phanda’ village in District Bhopal under the scheme of Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana of the Ministry of Rural Development. She will be visiting Bhopal to formalise the adoption of Adarsh Gram on 20th November, 2014.
