Mumbai blast accused Mustafa Dossa dies of cardiac arrest in Mumbai, hospital confirms report

Mumbai, Jun 28 (IBNS): 1993 Mumbai blast convict Mustafa Dossa died of cardiac arrest at a city hospital on Wednesday, which was confirmed by JJ Hospital Dean Dr TP Lahane, according to media reports.

He was diagnosed with high fever late on Tuesday night and admitted in Mumbai's JJ Hospital in the wee hours on Wednesday, media reported.

He was kept under observation. Dossa passed away at 2.30 pm, reports said.

According to media reports, Dossa had earlier informed the special TADA court about his heart problem and said he wanted to undergo a bypass surgery.
