New Delhi, Feb 6 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi has written to Jordan King Abdullah-II Ibn Al-Hussein, saying he is "deeply shocked and saddened to learn of the brutal killing of Flight Lt. Muath al-Kasasbeh.
