Militants kill Special Police Officer in Kashmir
Srinagar, Oct 18 (IBNS): Suspected militants shot dead Special Police Officer (SPO) of State Police in Tral of South Kashmir, police said on Wednesday evening.
According to police, militants barged into the house of Special Police Officer and opened fire on him.
He was killed him on spot.
The cop has been identified as Abdul Haleem Kohli Gutroo and was currently posted at Aripal Tehsil in Tral sub division.
Soon after the incident, forces launched manhunt to nab the assailants.
