Mehbooba Mufti greets Narendra Modi; says time for Congress to get an Amit Shah

Srinagar, May 23 (UNI) Congratulating Prime Minister Narendra Modi for getting ‘a historic mandate’ in the Lok Sabha results, former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Mehbooba Mufti said ‘it is time for Congress to get an Amit Shah’.

''Congratulations to Narendra Modi ji for a historic mandate. Today surely belongs to BJP and its allies. Time for Congress to get an Amit Shah,” Ms Mehbooba, who is the president of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), wrote on micro-blogging site twitter.

The NDA is all set to once again come to power in centre with the alliance led by BJP leading by over 340 seats of 542 parliamentary constituencies in the country.
