Mayawati attacks Yogi govt on development and communal agenda

| @indiablooms | Sep 23, 2021, at 06:52 pm

Lucknow/UNI: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati on Thursday slammed the Yogi Adityanath government for allegedly making false claims about development of Uttar Pradesh and returning to its communal agenda.

Mayawati tweeted on Thursday, "BJP's development claims here before the UP elections were exposed. Now this party is back on the old narrow issue of playing with religious sentiments and Hindu-Muslim dispute etc. Which is also evident from their mood".

She further said that the latest data of the Reserve Bank of India(RBI) regarding the per capita income of the people of UP says that it has not increased sufficiently and is affecting crores of people from among the backward classes and poor.
