Maoists blow up bus in Chhattisgarh, four killed

Raipur, Nov 8: At least four people, including a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel, were killed in a Maoist triggered explosion in Chhattisgarh's Dantewada district on Thursday, officials said. Reports said a bus was blown up by the rebels in this Maoist-dominated region killing a soldier and three civilians.

 

The incident occurred near Bacheli area. The attack was on a private bus given to the personnel for election duty. The dead included the bus's conductor and helpers. 

It was an IED (Improvised Explosive Device) blast, said officials.
