Mamata Banerjee wishes students appearing for HS examination

Kolkata/IBNS: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has wished all students who are appearing for the Higher Secondary examinations which began on Saturday.

Banerjee tweeted, "Heartiest greetings and best wishes to students appearing in Higher Secondary Examination, 2022. Stay focused and calm, you will certainly achieve success.

"Appeal to all to extend cooperation for smooth conduct of this big exercise."

The schedule of the HS examinations was revised earlier owing to the byelections in Ballygunge assembly constituency and Asansol Lok Sabha seat on Mar 12.

"There will be no examinations from Apr 6 to Apr 15," Banerjee, who apologised to the students for the inconvenience caused by the rescheduling, had said.

The examinations will conclude on Apr 27.
