Guwahati, June 9 (IBNS): Assam finance minister and convenor of the BJP-led North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA) Himanta Biswa Sarma said West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee has lost support of the people and Lord Ram.

“When you will lose support of Lord Ram and Ram is Narayan, means Narayan. You have lost support of people means Nara. So you don’t have support of both Nara and Narayan, no Prashant Kishore can save you. You are going to out of power for sure,” Himanta Biswa Sarma said.

Reacting over the ongoing political clash in West Bengal, Himanta said that, now Mamata Banerjee is frustrated and she knows that, she can’t rule in West Bengal now.

“I think, there is a need of people movement against Mamata Banerjee. I am sure that, the state BJP will take adequate measure to strengthen resistance to the Mamata Banerjee government,” Himanta Biswa Sarma said.

Four people, three BJP workers, were killed in political clashes in West Bengal yesterday.
