Pune/UNI:  Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Wednesday asked the collectors to prepare a roadmap for the situation post May 17, deadline of the third lockdown.

He held a video conference with the concerned officials so as to discuss the prevailing situation as well as mull upon the future strategy.

In his address to the nation on Tuesday, the Prime Minister clarified that there will be fourth lockdown in India but it will be "different" as several relaxations will be likely in this phase.

Similarly, CM Thackeray affirmed that the district borders will not be reopened immediately after May 17. He also asked the officials to ensure there is a check on monsoon-related ailments in their respective areas.

"Since movement of migrant workers is on, we have to be careful that the virus does not spread further," he said.

He asserted that precautions must be taken so that the virus does not spread in areas where industrial activities have resumed.
