Madhya Pradesh : At least nine injured in blast in Bhopal-Ujjain passenger train

Indore, Mar 7 (IBNS) : At least nine people were injured when a blast took place in Bhopal-Ujjain passenger train at Jabari station of Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday morning, The Times of India reported.

The nature of the blast is yet to be known.

The explosion took place in a compartment of the general coach, adjacent to the guard coach, the report quoted railway officials as saying.

The incident occurred around 9 30 am  when the train was on its way to Ujjain from Bhopal,

The glass panes of the windows in the general coach were damaged because of the blast.
