LJP leader arrested in inebriated condition

Lakhisarai, Aug 28 (UNI) A local LJP leader Gorelal Paswan was arrested when he was found creating nuisance near Tarhari Chowck in Masjid Gali under Halsi police station area in Lakhisarai district late last night.

Police said here today that Paswan was creating nuisance for hours after consuming liquor even after locals advised him to behave. Paswan was arrested, after locals informed the police.

"Mr Paswan was today sent to jail after being produced before a local court," police said, adding that an FIR had been lodged at the concerned police station in this connection.
