KV Chowdary sworn in as new CVC

New Delhi, June 10 (IBNS): K.V. Chowdary was sworn in as as the Central Vigilance Commissioner on Wednesday.

Vijai Sharma has been sworn in as the Chief Information Commissioner here.

They made and subscribed the oath of their respective offices before President Pranab Mukherjee.

"At a ceremony held today at 1230 hrs at Rashtrapati Bhavan, Shri K.V. Chowdary was sworn in as the Central Vigilance Commissioner and Shri Vijai Sharma was sworn in as Chief Information Commissioner," read an official statement.
