Kerala: Police rescue 26 cattle which were being transported illegally to slaughter house

Mysuru, May 22 (UNI) Police have rescued 26 cattle being illegally transported to slaughter house in Kerala in a canter and arrested two persons in this connection on Wednesday.

Police said the raid was carried on a complaint that cattle are being transported to Kerala via Gundlupet road on the outskirts of the Nanjangud in the District.

Biligere police have registered a case in this connection.
