Kejriwal, Delhi Ministers continue protests outside LG's office for third day

New Delhi, Jun 13 (IBNS): Giving no break to the political drama in the national capital, several Delhi Ministers along with Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal are continuing their protests outside Leiutenant Governor (LG) Anil Baijal's office for the third consecutive day on Wednesday to press the LG to fulfil Delhi government's demands, media reports said.

The AAP leaders are pressing the LG to direct the bureaucrats to join works as they had allegedly gone on to an unofficial strike.

The ministers have also alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is using LG Baijal and bureaucrats to make Kejriwal unable to perform his duties.

In a tweet on Wednesday, Kejriwal said: "Aren’t IAS officers merely tools being used by Modi govt to scuttle good work being done by Del govt? Is it possible for IAS officers to return to work without green signal from PMO?"

Kejriwal said in another tweet, "Central govt using IAS officers as a tool to provoke rebellion against an elected govt"

Months ago, two AAP MLAs were accused of assaulting Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash.
