Kashmir: Body of West Bengal resident recovered in Pulwama

Srinagar, Apr 29 (UNI) Panic gripped in a village in south Kashmir district of Pulwama when body of a West Bengal resident was recovered early on Monday morning, official sources said.

They said some people saw a body lying at village Adgam, Pulwama this morning.

Police party was immediately rushed to the spot and the body was later taken away by police for identification.

The deceased was identified as 32-year-old Nanda Mund.

He was working as a labourer, they said, adding there was no visible injury on his body.

The cause of his death was being ascertained.

Police has registered a case and started investigation.
