Jammu and Kashmir: Body of hunter recovered in Baramulla

Baramulla/UNI: Body of a hunter, who allegedly died after his 12 bore gun went off, was recovered in this north Kashmir district on Saturday, official sources said.

They said panic gripped Alambal area of Pattan when a body was found by some people Saturday.

Police was immediately informed, they said , adding the deceased was identified as Aijaz Ahmad Dar, a resident of Cheenabal, Pattan, a hunter.

There was bullet mark on his body, they said, adding Dar allegedly died after his 12 bore gun went off.

However, police have registered a case and initiated investigation, they said.
