Ignoring poor during crisis is inhuman: Akhilesh Yadav

| @indiablooms | May 13, 2020, at 01:32 pm

Lucknow/UNI: Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav has alleged that ignoring the poor, on whose foundation of trust the Bharatiya Janata Party had assumed power, is inhuman.

In a tweet, Yadav said, "Earlier, a false promise of 15 lakhs, now a claim of 20 lakh crores. 'Abki baar, lagbhag 133 crore logon ko 133 guna bade jumle ki maar.' How can one trust? This time, people are not asking how many zeroes are there in 20 lakh crore, rather they are asking how many circles are there in that."

Further, he said, "It is true that the foundation can never be seen but not that it should not be seen. It is inhumane to ignore those poor people, in the hour of crisis, on whose foundation of trust, the BJP's high palace of power is standing. This is betrayal of the slogan 'Sabka vishwas."
