Srinagar, Mar 28 (IBNS) : A gunfight between suspected militants and Government forces is underway  in the Sunderbani area of Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district, where a search operation has been  going on for past four days.

Reports said that intermittent exchange of fire is going on between the suspected militants and the forces in a forest area of Talha village near the Line of Control (LoC).

Earlier, forces recovered bags containing ammunition and explosive materials from a gorge in the area.

Authorities have  ordered the closure of all schools in the area as a “precautionary measure.”

The search operation was  launched following the reports of ‘suspicious movement’ of suspected militants.
