GiveItUp campaign: Modi lauds countrymen for transforming India

New Delhi, Apr 23 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday heaped praise on the people of India for helping him transform the nation by giving up LPG subsidy.

A tweet by PMO India read, "Gratitude to the 1 crore citizens, who have made a wonderful contribution towards #TransformingIndia. #GiveItUp."

Modi also said, "To give, is as joyful as it is to receive. I assure you that the subsidy that you give up, will reach the ones who need it."
