Friendly volleyball match between BSF and BGB held in Meghalaya

Guwahati, Nov 19 (IBNS) : A friendly volleyball match was played between the Border Security Force (BSF) 26 battalion and Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB) 35 battalion in Meghalaya’s Kalachar borderhaat on Sunday.

The match was inaugurated by Commandant of BSF 26 Bn Bishal Raine and Commanding Officer of BGB 35 Bn Major Jaidul Hasan.

The Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB) team won the match by 2-0 game.

Several hundreds of people from India and Bangladesh witnessed the match and cheered for both team.

The BSF and BGB officers said that, such kind of friendly match will build good relation and brotherhood between both countries.
