Fire reported at Ather Energy's dealership in Chennai, no one injured

Chennai/IBNS: An incident of fire was reported at Ather Energy's dealership in Tamil Nadu's Chennai on Friday. 

Videos of the incident are circulating online with four scooters reportedly burnt down in the fire.

The two-wheeler maker made a quick statement on social media right after the fire and confirmed that while some of the property and scooters were affected but no employee was injured in the mishap.

The cause of the incident is being investigated, media reports said.

It's still not clear at the moment as to what led to the fire at the dealership.

"Before you hear it from others, there has been a minor fire incident at our premises in Chennai. While some property and scooters got affected, thankfully all employees are safe and things are under control. The experience centre will be operational shortly," Ather Energy tweeted.
