Farmer hacked to death in AP village

Kakinada, Mar 10 (UNI) A farmer was brutally hacked to death by unknown assailants at his residence in Gouda colony in Siripalli village of Ayiunavilli mandal in Konaseema region 50kms from here on Sunday early hours. 

He was found dead with multiple wounds on his bed. Extra-marital relation is believed to be the motive behind the ghastly incident.

The police who registered a case identified the deceased as Veligatla Veera Venkata Satyanarayana (32) a farmer.

Pending further investigation the body was shifted to Mummidivaram government hospital for postmortem, police said.
