Encounter with militants underway in Kashmir, civilian killed

Srinagar, June 22 (IBNS) A civilian was reportedly killed in an encounter between the security forces and militants in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam district, according to media reports on Monday.
Reports said forces comprising police and armymen encountered the militants in Redwani Bala village where the militants were holed up in a house.
