Doordarshan office sealed in New Delhi after cameraman dies due to COVID19

New Delhi/UNI: The Doordarshan office has been sealed after the death of Doordarshan cameraman Yogesh Kumar, who was found COVID positive.

Sources said Yogesh Kumar, who did not have symptoms of corona, suffered a heart attack at his home the day before yesterday.

He died on the way to the hospital.

However, In the investigation report on Thursday, he was found to be suffering from corona, the sources said.

On confirmation of Kumar having Corona, the Doordarshan office has been sealed for two days for sanitization.

According to sources, Kumar is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter.

Kumar was 53 years old.

Many journalists and photographers in the capital have been infected by the Corona pandemic.
