New Delhi/UNI/IBNS: Day after a massive fire gutted a factory in Delhi's Anaj Mandi and left 43 people dead, a blaze has again broken out in the same building, media reports said on Monday.

According to fire department, the fire broke out at around 0739 hrs.

"A cardboard had caught fire and everything is under control", an official told UNI.

Three fire tenders were rushed to the spot after receiving the complaint, the official added.

The owner of the building was arrested on Sunday.

He was identified as Rehan.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who visited the site of accident, on Sunday said no wrongdoer will be spared.

'We have lost more than 40 innocent lives to the tragic fire. I have ordered a magisterial inquiry into its cause, no culprit will be spared,' the CM tweeted.

A case has been registered under section 304 of Indian Penal Code against the factory owner.
