Mumbai, June 24 (IBNS): Bringing trouble for the Maharashtra government, which is headed by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, state minister Pankaja Munde has been accused by the opposition of being involved in a nearly Rs. 200-crore scam.
According to the Congress party, there are documents that will prove she violated rules earlier this year for a transparent online bidding process.

It also alleged that she sanctioned inflated deals for items including snacks, books and water filters for government-run schools that educate tribal children.

However, Munde has refuted the charges and said no rules were violated.

Munde is the Minister for Women and Child Welfare Development.
