Raipur, Feb 21 (IBNS): The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday arrested Chhattisgarh Principal Secretary BL Agrawal and two others in a corruption case, according to media reports.

The CBI had registered a case against this senior bureaucrat alleging that he tried to 'settle' old corruption cases against him being investigated into by the agency.

Reportedly, Agrawal agreed to pay Rs 1.5 crore to scuttle CBI probes into two cases registered against him since 2010.
