BJP-Shiv Sena alliance for 'Hindutva', says Fadnavis

Kolhapur, Mar 24 (UNI): Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnvis has said that Bhartiya Janata Party ( BJP) and Shiv Sena entered into an alliance for 'Hindutva' and not only for to gain power.

Addressing rally jointly organised by BJP and Shiv Sena at Tapovan ground, outskirts of the city, this evening in the presence Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray, Mr Fadnavis said that we decided to work together for the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections for Hindutva as patriotic parties have not come together to grab power only.

He criticized Opposition parties for raising doubts over surgical strike and IAF action in Balakot. "Our soldiers performed destroyed terrorists camps but some opposition leaders are questioning on air strike," he said.

Mr Fadnvis said that the prominent leaders of different opposition parties were joining BJP as they feel that only Prime Minister Narendra Modi could develop the country.
