Bihar: Suspect arrested on charge of having links with terrorists

Banka, Mar 2 (UNI/IBNS) Police arrested a suspect on charge of having links with terrorists from Belari village under Shambhuganj police station area in Banka district in the wee hours on Saturday.

Banka police superintendent Swapna T Meshram said that the suspect, identified as Rehan (45), was arrested from his hideout following raid conducted under her leadership.

 

She said that additional police superintendent (operation) Om Prakash Singh,a large number of police officers and jawans were other members of the team.

An intensive interrogation of the suspect is on to get vital clues about his links with terrorists, she added.
