Bihar minister meets life-term convict in prison
Sahabuddin is currently serving life term in connection with a murder case.
Bihar Minority Affairs Minister Abdul Ghafoor reportedly met Sahabuddin in the jail on Mar 6.
Abdul Ghafoor told media: "It was just a 2-3 minutes courtesy meeting."
"Circuit house is located next to the prison so I just wen to meet my party’s MP," he said.
RJD Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav backed Ghafoor and said serving guests with snacks is a normal courtesy.
"It is a normal courtesy," Yadav told reporters.
