Bihar: Four members of a family killed
Araria, May 17 (UNI) Four members of a family were killed at Madhopada village under Bairgachhi police outpost in the district late last night.
Police said here that the outlaws killed one Tabassum (30), wife of Mohammed Alam, and her three children- Samir (3), Shabbir (6) and Alia (3) by slitting open their throats with a sharp weapon.
Police said Mohammed Alam was not present in the house when his wife and children were attacked. Prima facie it appeared that the family members were murdered due to some land dispute. The bodies had been sent for autopsy.
