Chhapra: The body of a man was recovered from Rivilganj police station area of Bihar's Saran district, police said on Sunday.

Jaiprakash Chaudhary (40), a resident of Sunderpur village under Barharia police station area of Siwan district, along with his son Rohit Yadav, was going to catch a bus after getting down from a train coming from Surat to Chhapra late on Saturday night, police sources said.

Meanwhile, three men on a car with the doctor's logo on the station premises asked him to take him to Siwan and made him sit in their car and then drank him with a cold drink.

Rohit fainted due to low intake of cold drinks. After this, the body of Rohit's father was thrown on Chhapra Siwan National Highway No. 531 near Tekniwas village by the car-borne people.

Sources said that Rohit informed the police about this. The body has been handed over to the family after post-mortem.
