Guwahati, Nov 4 (IBNS): In a shocking video that has come to light recently, a girl was molested by a group of five youths in broad daylight in Assam.

The video went viral on the social media.

The incident took place at Hattigar tea estate area in Assam’s Udalguri district three days back, where a girl was molested by the group of five youths.

According to the reports, the victim girl went to the tea estate area with her boyfriend, where the group caught her.

The girl was molested by the group.

The group also stripped her clothes.

In the video, the victim girl could seen as she requested the youth group to spare her, but the group didn’t pay attention to her request.

Meanwhile, condemning the incident, Assam social welfare minister Pramila Rani Brahma called it a barbaric incident.

“If police hasn’t taken any action against the culprits, then it is very unfortunate. I request the police officials of Udalguri district to take stern action against the culprits as soon as possible,” Pramila Rani Brahma said.
