Assam CM condemns dastardly terror attack in J&K

Guwahati, Sept 18 (IBNS) : Assam Chief Minister Sarbanada Sonowal on Sunday strongly condemned the dastardly terror attack on Army by militants in Uri in Jammu & Kashmir on Sunday.

In a statement the Assam Chief Minister said that these kind of attacks cannot weaken the sovereignty and integrity of Indian democracy.

Sonowal also said that such attacks will be handled in appropriate manner by the Indian army since these kind of incidents cannot weaken the strong morality of the Indian Army.

It is worth to mention here that the attack which saw 17 jawans dead and 18 jawans being critically injured took place in Uri of Jammu & Kashmir on Sunday morning.
