Assam: 60 new cases takes Covid tally to 1621

Guwahati/UNI: The Covid-19 count in Assam rose by 60 on Wednesday, taking the overall figure to 1621.

State Health Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma informed of the new cases on Twitter.

Among the new cases, 38 are from Dhubri and 18 from Golaghat.

Four have been confirmed from Nagaon.

The number of active cases in the state now stands at 1277, while 337 have recovered and four others have died.
